AMAZING is the word I would best describe my experience with the gentlemen with Grout Restoration Works. Roberto came to my house, took measurements and gave me the quote. He was confident that his team could do the work and make my ceramic look like new again and boy did they deliver. Gus and Gabriel were the two gentlemen that did the actual work. They took their time cleaning and sealing the tiles and grout. They did under the appliances and also under the moveable island in my kitchen. I was not sure at first which colour sealant I should pick for the grout so Gus was able to apply the different colours that I chose from on the grout so I can actually see what it looks like. Gus made the perfect suggestion in colour and I absolutely love it. I take pride in my home and am very particular when it comes to the upkeep. I was a little leery at first with this process but I assure you it is worth every penny. There is no smell, no mess and the results are fantastic. All my friends and family that come to visit say it looks like I have brand new tile. It will be my pleasure to refer Grout Restoration Works to all my family and friends. JOB WELL DONE!!! After spending a number of years unhappy with the condition of our hall and kitchen tile grouting we decided to have it replaced or repaired.

Nicolas Vivanco arrived for an evaluation and estimate of costs to restore our grouting. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and patient describing the process in detail of the work he would perform. In addition, he was very honest and forthright on potential risks that may incur due to the condition of the present grouting.

We obtained a second estimate for exactly the same work from a competitor that was less expensive. We chose Grout Restoration mainly because of Nicholas and the belief he would be true to his word that we would be happy with the results.

Nicholas arrived at the arranged time worked extremely hard over the next two days completing the work on time and to his satisfaction. He is very proud of his work and gets a great deal of satisfaction from the results of the job.

We are very pleased with the appearance of the floors with my wife wondering why we did not do it sooner. My reply was had we done it sooner we would not have had Nicholas.

My wife and I want to commend Nicolas for his work in restoring the grout on the tile floors in our kitchen, laundry room, foyer and two bathrooms, as well as the tiled walls in one shower. He explained everything about the work very clearly and in detail when preparing the estimate, and he followed up with work exactly as estimated. The result is excellent. "Wow this Company is really amazing!

After living six months in our newly renovated kitchen the contractor had really butchered the grout. We had uneven colour of grout through the floor. I contacted Robert Malagon from Grout Restoration Works. He was prompt for the appointment and very knowledgeable in how to correct the problem. He visited on a Thursday and had his employee out on the Friday. Nicolas Vivanco was wonderful and very patient. He explained the process on how he was going to fix the problem. He provided four different colours of grout stain to choose from. Given I had a terrible experience with the contractor this fellow was a saint. Very patient and helped me along in deciding what colour was the best match for the floor. After he was done he cleaned up the so little mess that was left over (very minimal). Very pleasant to have in our home.

If anyone has any grout issues this is the company to call!

"I have been remiss in reporting on work done at St-Jean in Orleans ON.

We had considered replacing the ceramic tiling in our kitchen as it had become quite dark and less than aesthetic around a shower as the previous owners had used silicone to seal the grout around the tiling. Based on estimates, this would have proved to be quite expensive.

I can't but let you know how much we appreciated the professionalism and quality of the work done by Nicolas Vivanco and his wife. The work was done promptly, with much care, and the results were better than we could have ever expected.
